A service contract is a great way to ensure your equipment is up and running when you need it, without having to worry about an unexpected repair cost.

Our service contracts are calculated based on the model, quantity, and type of service contract needed.

We offer two types of service contracts.

For mission critical applications, we offer a ‘hot swap’ program, in which we keep a spare pool of equipment on hand and ship out a replacement as soon as an repair request is initiated. This limits the down time and keeps your operation up and running.

For operations that don’t necessarily need the equipment in use immediately or don’t want to add the cost of keeping a spare pool, we offer our standard repair service contract. With the standard service contract, a user will create a repair request and send in the equipment. The equipment will undergo a full inspection and any parts that prohibit the functionality of unit will be replaced or repaired.
